The unit ‘Eigen’ is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Certification for automotive and aerospace sectors namely TS 16949 and AS 9100 are under implementation.

We have expertise in handling:

• Profile Accuracies of less than 10 microns
• Capable of handling Ferrous and Non Ferrous exotic materials ranging from 0.050 mm to 2 millimeter
• Specific requirement of components without burr

The machinery we currently use for inspection are

• Optical profile projectors – Nikon & Hauser & Dyna Scan (Computer equipped)
• Tool Maker’s microscope – Nikon (Computer equipped
• Video Measuring System – Rational (Computer Equipped)
• Microhite – Tesa
• General Inspection instruments.
